Return & Warranty

All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned for a replacement within 180 days from the original purchase date. The warranty does not cover physically damaged merchandise. And repair parts can not be return after installation.

Please follow our warranty process:

1.    Provide your order number and product code (SKU number)

2.   Send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, all shipping labels visible, and (if applicable) the item received. 

3.. Please inform our sales manager in advance. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which should be marked clearly on the returning box. A box without RMA number is not acceptable.

7 Days DOA Product Guarantee

If you have received an incorrect item, please take 3 clear photos of the incorrect item with the SKU showing, and open a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with us . We will verify the error and fix it as quickly as possible. And you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received.

After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a partial/full refund.


Returnable in Warranty Period

Returnable Situation

  1. Unusable condition. If any of your purchases is damaged within warranty period by non-human factors, please kindly provide us with proof as below: pictures, videos to show the product now is defective. After informing us and getting confirmation from us, you can send the items back for repairing (you should pay the shipping fees for returning). Or you can choose to get a partial/full refund or a new item after confirming by our sales manager.
  2. Customer ordered wrong parts. 

Technically, we hold no responsibility in returning items that were incorrectly ordered, but, that being said, that does not mean we do not want to help our customers in the event this happens. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and 30% (for refund requests) or 20% (for exchange requests) restocking fees will be charged after we have received and tested the product.

Repairable, Non Refundable Situation

1.    Artificial factor (including Disassembly; Misuse, unofficial firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered; Drops or falls; Water damage: Being dropped in water, rain, fog or mist droplets, spilling liquid on the phone; or other man-made damage).

2.    Any scratch or damage on packaging and appearance

3.    Any scratch or damage on the screen and motherboard, other unauthorized third-party repairs

4.    Packages and accessories were not included when send back

After contact with our sales manager, you can send the items back for repairing, but you need to cover the return shipping fees, reship fees, maintenance cost.


Non Repairable, Non-returnable Situation

1.    Not order from us

2.    Expired warranty or issues not covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty

3.  Spare parts products cannot be returned if it has been installed.


1.  Returns should be made by mail postal service, no DHL, no UPS nor TNT. There must be a tracking number which could be followed on a related website. Otherwise, we’re not responsible for any duties on China’s side.

2.  We reserve the right to reject services that would void the warranty and return policy, or if the products are damaged by customer.

3. All returns will be checked by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned product cannot be repaired, We will provide an alternative solution.
